Pitcher Mike Minor and the Atlanta Braves were impressive Friday night after a 4-3 win over the Los Angeles Dodgers. Minor pitched 6 full innings and only allowed a single run. Jason Heyward, Freddie Freeman, Chris Johnson, and Evan Gattis were all equally exceptional. However, Heyward’s two run single in the 7th inning is probably the most noted. The Braves and Dodgers will play again on Sunday in Los Angeles with Julio Teheran and Hyun-Jin Ryu on the mound for the Braves and Dodgers, respectively.
