NFL: Trent Richardson Traded, Dashon Goldson Wins Appeal

We’ve got more news filing in from the National Football League. Bucanner’s Dashon Goldson has won a $100,000 appeal, meanwhile Trent Richardson has been traded to the Colts.

Trent Richardson Traded
Former Cleveland Browns’ Running Back, Trent Richardson, has been traded to the Indianapolis Colts. The Browns’ receive a 2014 1st Round Draft Pick in return. The season ending injury to Vick Ballard could have prompted this trade. Trent Richardson is only in his 2nd year in his league, and was the 3rd pick in the 2012 NFL Draft. 

Dashon Goldson Wins Appeal

Tampa Bay Pro-Bowl Saftey Dashon Goldson wins his appeal against a hit against Saints’ Running Back Darren Sproles. The NFL gave him a reduced punishment of an $100,000 fine from an one-game suspension. He will play Sunday against the Patriots. Goldson’s presence in Tampa’s secondary is monumental and his winning appeal is a big boast to Tampa’s defense.
