It was an excellently ran performance by the double Olympic Champion, who kept to a steady pace and ran the race calm before taking off in the final laps.

Mo Farah exemplified his presence during the race, running to the front of the pack to take a momentarily lead with 17 laps to go.

The Olympic Champion then slowed back down where he settled in the middle of the pack for the majority of the race.

Maybe not as much a ‘fluid’ race that Mo Farah would have preferred, but his hard work showed and he picks up the deserving win.

The race took it’s toll and all of those who were running, with a slower final lap as fatigue took effect.
